Example 2: UNIROB Packaging Machine for Single-Dose Eye Drop Bottles
The customer from the pharmaceutical sector required a complete packaging line for erecting, filling, closing, marking, and labeling folding cartons. The product consists of eye drop blisters, pre-packaged in flow-pack individual packages and fed to the packaging line. Based on the customer's requirements, we developed a UNIROB turnkey line for erecting, filling, closing, marking, and labeling folding cartons. The turnkey line also included integrated product inspection and verification using vision systems, completeness control with a checkweigher, serialization, UL certification, and validation.
