Based on the requirements of certified ISO 9001 quality management system and beyond, R.WEISS employees work consistently on further development and the improvement of the product and process quality in order to meet the growing demands of the markets and customers.
Since 2013 R.WEISS applies effectively and successfully the quality management system standards according to ISO 9001. This comprehensive system includes all processes and procedures, including the associated documents and data management, as well as applicable standards to ensure compliance with established requirements. The clear and explicitly defined guidelines provide a structure that can be traced and understood at any time for all company activities. By means of procedural, work and inspection instructions, the employees are provided with guidelines from which the respectively required quality can be derived reproducibly.
The complete realization of this standard is proved by DEKRA Certification GmbH in Stuttgart in frequent periods and confirmed by the receipt of the quality certification.
As part of the continuous improvement process, the system builds the foundations for improvement and reliability and guarantees that we are actually entitled to enjoy the trust of our customers.
